At H&R Custom Graphics, we're proud to support community fundraising efforts through our custom graphics and products.

How Our Fundraiser Program Works

Thank you for trusting H&R Custom Graphics to help support your fundraiser. It is truly an honor to serve our community.

To keep fundraisers organized, sustainable, and successful, please review the following:

✔ Donation Structure

H&R Custom Graphics donates a set amount from every item sold directly to the designated family or organization.

✔ Orders & Purchases

All apparel items — including immediate family orders — must be purchased through the fundraiser like all other supporters.

This ensures accurate tracking and maximizes the total donation amount.

✔ Production Costs

Remaining funds from each item cover:

• Apparel blanks

• Printing materials

• Production time

• Equipment, utilities, and operating expenses

✔ Complimentary Items

Due to material and production costs, H&R Custom Graphics is not able to provide bulk complimentary apparel for family members.

Depending on the final total raised, funds may be applied toward family items at the close of the fundraiser if agreed upon.

✔ Donation Payment

A final sales report and total donation amount will be provided at the end of the fundraiser before funds are distributed.
